Not the first embarassing misjudgment the IRL have made in recent years, though this one hasn't killed anybody. As our posts show, there are plenty of great US circuits going unused, so why was racing in a remote city in a country which has shown muted interest in F1 and has no representation on the grid ever considered a good idea?

What a shocker! Imagine Indy Car not racing at the Classic Qingdao street course! It's sad I know, but racing fans the world round will have to somehow get over their extreme disappointment!

What a frigging joke Indy is.
Crap TV coverage/cars/drivers/management.
Pretty much a pile all around I would say.

Thanks Tony George and family for ruining racing in North America. GOOD JOB!
