It doesn't say if alcohol was involved although urinating in a parking lot at 2:00 AM and falling down stairs suggests it might.

I used to think I was pretty slick but eventually came to the conclusion that I wasn't near smart enough to compensate for how stupid alcohol made me.

Indycar has morals rules and maybe they will make an example out of this. It is a given that hiring the most expensive legal counsel is not an issue but maybe instead he could accept responsibility, if he has done something foolish, give the money he would have spent on attorney fees to a local alcohol abuse program and use this as a learning experience.

Terrific, they should have said they were Kennedys and the cops would has kissed their butts and let them go!Sounds like Al Unser,jr. put them up to this. Peeeeing on the girls shoes,WAS THE SHOE THROWN at Danicas NASCAR race car? Sounds more like a Hamptons crowd. Save the MIAMI Marine Stadium.
