IndyCar » Takeover rumours persist despite denials


Rumours continue to swirl that a group of team owners has presented a buy-out bid for the IndyCar Series, despite denials from the current rights owners.

Would love to see another animation like the USF1 debacle 2010. Here you have rumors amd more small time advertising strategies to start a brawl for Indycar. LOL

Indycar is in big trouble and it looks like its going down the same road as Champcar did but at a much slower pace. The TV coverage on NBC is frankly,bloody awful, like Champcar and SPEED,the cars do nothing for the eye and is a one manufacturer series, like Champcar, and now there are rumours about team owners wanting to take over. Who was that like? Oh Yeah...... Lotus will bug out of the series cos nobody wants their engines, Honda & Chevrolet are going to argue about who's turbocharger is illegal and drag it back into the courts and its all gonna be a mess. Like Champcar... I fear the worst for the series i used to love. Even the news on Crash is only scraps. Shame..
