F1 » F1 2013 POLL: Is it time to stop booing Sebastian Vettel?

Singapore's podium celebration, like many before it in 2013, resounded to catcalls for the race winner, but has the practice become tiresome? Or is it justified?

Yeah, it's just not cool and honestly, disrespectful to the individual who's put his life's efforts into it. Whether you like him/her or not, it's just wrong after the initial occurrence.

Unfortunately, it only serves to damage the fans' reputation and I'm getting tired trying to answer questions about it from all my non-F1 fan friends.

Yes, the booing should stop. BUT is Brundle trying to back-peddle now? Wasn't it Brundle who put Vettle 'on the naughty step' during his post race interview on the podium in Malaysia? Hardly impartial behaviour for a tv presenter.

So it looks like the boo crowd is winning the poll but it's important to note the responses are coming from readers of this site and aren't representative of the general F1 followers. Enough has been said about the booing as a behavior so I won't continuing beating that horse. All I can say is that if you are unhappy that Vettel is winning, maybe you should direct your displeasure at the other teams for not being competitive. With that being said, it's ridiculous to boo them if do win.
