Actually I don't like most of the IRL drivers anymore. Most have little or no talent. As far as being against a woman, Sarah Fisher has driven for me and I love her to death. Face FACTS, Danica NEVER won at any other level, she can't win on this level except as a fuel mileage gamble. She finishes ahead of drivers with lesser teams. Look at the results, of the top teams she usually runs toward the back and only gains positions if they fall out. All for a talented woman like Sarah or Stephanie Mockler. Face it, the ONLY reason she has a ride is her looks. And msot fans and other drivers are sick of her little girl act where she pouts and stomps her feet like a 3 yr old. Facts prove me right.

Okay, Pam, just so you know, for most of Danica's career, "The Indy Racing League did not consider the weight of the driver in its race specifications. The car had to weigh at least 1,525 pounds before the fuel and driver are added, and teams in Indy have estimated that Patrick gained close to 1 mph in speed because of her small stature." IRL only began to count weight of the driver under a new rule in MARCH. Besides, weight restriction equalizations alone are NOT a sexist view. This is the very EQUALITY about which you so hysterically rave. As for her belligerent behavior, if Danica wants to stomp around looking for a fight, all I'm saying is one day she'll get it when she provokes the wrong driver. EQUALITY means if you're man who gets in a fight, you get what you ask for, so the same should apply for a woman. That's not "sexist." That's EQUALITY. Do you finally get that through your thick skull, Pam? Same actions present same results. Period. In conclusion, Pam, 1) Learn the facts before you state you know what are the facts, 2) Learn Logical Skills such as Deductive Reasoning and Critical Thinking so you can wrap your little mind around the philosophy of "equality" (i.e. everyone is treated the SAME, some are not "more" the same than others), and 3) Learn not to insult people unless you are very sure you know what the heck you're talking about (and you obviously don't have a damn clue).

Pam - you rock! The cars in the IRL are the same weight, they changed that rule last year. She's still pretty fast. Her approach / attitude doesn't sound all that different from these guys (the only difference being she's not as good and is a women).

AJ Foyt, Dale Earnhardt, Cale Yarborough, Paul Tracy.....

The list is endless.....

Race Fan.. Take you meds. Danica has only won once on the circuit. Where is the advantage you speak of? There have been many other male drivers that weighed as much as she does. Christiano D was actually lighter. She has never punched another driver and doubt she looks forward to fighting one. And on a final note Race Fan . Just because you yell the loudest does not make you correct. You sound like the bully you claim Danica to be.. someone should punch you?????

Racefan - get over it, Pam's was 100% correct. You are assuming things that she did not say. Having said that, Danica does need to get off her high horse.

Actually she still has a 40lb advantage over half the field with the new rules. And face facts, the ONLY reason she has a ride is she's a decent looking woman. Never won at any other level, is slipping down the grid this year. Let's face it, if she didn't strip down for magazines no one would notice her. She's a sub-par driver at best with one lucky win due to fuel mileage(can we say Hector Rebaque). Which a 40lb weight break helped her gain. Trust me, having owned race cars I've spent a small fortune to gain a 1 lb advantage at times.....

Once again I say "she doesn't make the rules.. She and Helio are the most popular drivers in the series. Their trailers were the only ones with massive crowds waiting for an autograph. My guess is you want her to act like Kimi to get your respect. Besides she runs circles around Milka Duno and Sarah Fisher and they look to weigh the same as she does. My guess also is that Bruno J. weighs the same. I doubt anyone in the league wants to take her on at the moment. Heck Eddie Gossage even said he didn't want to do battle with her at Texas. She is a media monster the same as Lewis and people get jealous. She also sits well in the point standings.

Racerdog, that's not really the issue. Plenty of men finish behind her why is that? Should they be out of racing? Rob is totally correct: where is her advantage? You said it yourself, she does not win, even with this supposed unfair weight advantage. Drivers weigh different amounts: some are lighter, some are heavier: this is not a new thing. Why are you all so upset by her? Let's face some other facts, the only reason there is so much hate directed toward her is because she's an outspoken women.

One of these drivers is being talked about as america's best hope in F1 and the other one is reviled as being not worthy of an IRL seat.

Yes, Danica complained when they brought the rule in this year that included the drivers weight.
