Penske president Tim Cindric has admitted that the team would run Helio Castroneves if the Brazilian's legal problems can be resolved.

I would really like to know more of the particulars of Helio''s charges. Seems what he did is very commonplace amongst the wealthy here in the U.S. Don''t suppose he pissed off some Miami politico, do you?

@ Jim - Florida has no state income tax so his problem is entirely with the IRS. I am suprised that Penske is not in trouble too. I would think that they would have been required to withhold taxes on the payment(s).

People should just give their relatives a trust fund. When they make a relative an employee it always comes back to bite them.
