Wilson Lights programme moves to Walker

Stefan Wilson will run under the Walker Racing banner from this weekend's Firestone Indy Lights round at Long Beach.

The Briton, younger brother of IndyCar Series regular Justin, began his inaugural US open-wheel season with FIRST Motorsports, but the #19 machine will switch camps in California, taking existing sponsors Solvents with Safety Limited and Personal Health and Safety Consultants to join returning Walker backers Deans Knight Capital Management and Wasteco.

“We are glad to be a part of the Firestone Indy Lights Series," team owner Derrick Walker commented, "It's a very competitive series and we are happy to have Stefan driving the Walker Racing #19 Dallara.

"It is also a big thanks to Solvents with Safety Limited (SWS), Personal Health and Safety Consultants (PHSC), Deans Knight Capital Management and Wasteco for help make it possible.”
