British driver Justin Wilson took victory in the Bridgestone presents the Champ Car World Series powered by Ford in Mexico, the pole-sitter leading RuSPORT team-mate AJ Allmendinger across the line.
Wilson won whilst newly crowned champion Sebastian Bourdais failed to finish after contact in the race. Paul Tracy came home in third place, ahead of Oriol Servia.
