FFS LEAVE HELIO ALONE!!!!!!!!!! I am throughly disgusted by this. The vindictive, overbearing, and heavy handed US government can't stand to be beaten and this is just revenge/payback for losing the trial in 2009. If he was acquitted in 2009 for the taxes between 2000-2004 AND paid $5M, how the hell can he be retried for the same time period? For them to come back and say he owes another $3.7M which amounts to $6.4M because of penalties for the same time period which he was ACQUITTED AND PAID $5M is outrageous. Obviously, even after the acquittal and payment they never let this go. This isn't about money or right or wrong this is a vendetta plain and simple. It's an embarrassment of abuse of power by the IRS. Completely shameful.
