It's hard to think of a manufacturer entry into a championship which has been such a dramatic failure, not to mention PR disaster. Believing they had the resources to take on two of the world's biggest car companies, supplying half as many teams as intended, being rejected by the team they sponsored last year, failing to supply their teams with any engines for a crucial test, and now trying to dodge out of their contracts. This is almost as bad as the Team Lotus v Group Lotus fiasco in F1.
