It's not a question of whether the driver has done anything wrong. The fact is that his result on track was aided by something outside the rules, and he should therefore be excluded from the results. I'm sorry, but if the team didn't want that to happen, perhaps they should have complied with the tech specs like everyone else. Bummer.
