This season of Indycar was a one to remember. I feel for Will Power. He has clearly been the measuring stick in Indycars for the last three years, but just seems to have the worst luck when it comes to wrapping up the championship. Will is a consummate professional and has taken defeat with grace and will be back even stronger next year. With that said, my driver of the year is Ryan Hunter-Reay and not by very much. He just happened to maximize his results when they counted the most. He came out of nowhere with his three straight wins, then lost it when Tagliani ran into him at Sonoma. He managed to get a crucial victory at Baltimore and with a little bit of luck in the form of Will Power spinning and an improbable drive through the field in an inferior car, he eeked out an improbable championship victory. For me, this is one of the more memorable seasons. I've had the pleasure of seeing Ryan's career from Barber Dodge through Indy's and it hasn't been an easy path. I'm hella proud of
