It's interesting that Rubens was better on the IndyCar ovals than he was on the Road courses -- it was the same way with Nigel Mansell.. I think the F1 driving style demands precision and smoothness and this is similar for the IndyCar oval racing -- whereas the IndyCar road course style involves a bit of violence and Throwing the car around -- (according to Will Power) maybe this is why Alex Zanardi was a crash-kid in F1.. but excelled in the more rudimentary IndyCars -- good luck Rubens you will be missed in IndyCar -- I hope you do not give up trying to return IndyCar (for 2014 perhaps).
