As I have watched most of these 500s in the last 10 years or so it was nice to see Kanaan finally win one after narrowly striking out so many times before. Despite the record number of passes for the lead it was not the most thrilling 500 I've seen though. JW suddenly showing up in 5th at the end was also cool although I'm not british. I think we've got a little 'grass is greener' thing going on here with Americans saying F1 is better, us Europeans sometimes wanting to see something more like Indycar (I personally think F1 is closer to Indycar than ever right now, but that's just me). @Jose I'm with you hoping Indycar can go back to the glory days with multiple engine manufacturers and possibly chassis but you're kidding yourself on the not having to bring money part mate...seriously...
