Indy 500: Practice 1 times

The first full day of practice for IndyCar teams at the Indianapolis Motor Speedway got underway at noon on Saturday, with six hours of running for 26 cars.
Josef Newgarden topped the timesheets on the first day of official practice for all IZOD IndyCar teams entered in this year's 96th running of the Indianapolis 500, with a lap topping 220mph late in the six-hour session.

A total of 693 laps were completed by 26 drivers.

Its business as usual for the 'Greatest Spectacle in Racing'! Great stuff! Even if Lotus cars are both last and Alesi (former F1 driver) second last...
