Detroit: Sunday warm-up times

Dario Franchitti was the fastest man on track on Sunday morning ahead of the second event of the Chevrolet Indy Dual in Detroit presented by Quicken Loans.
Ganassi's Dario Franchitti topped the timesheets on Sunday morning, in a half-hour warm-up session before this afternoon's second race in the Chevrolet Indy Dual in Detroit presented by Quicken Loans.

Franchitti posted a time of 1:17.9486s (108.533mph) on the 2.34-mile, 13-turn Belle Isle street circuit, which was 0.1410s ahead of veteran street racer Sebastien Bourdais in the Dragon Racing #5.

Mike Conway was third fastest, and will be starting the second race at Detroit from pole position as he bids to make it back-to-back victories after his success in Saturday's race 1.

There was one brief stoppage during the 30 minute running time, when the #11 of Indianapolis 500 winner Tony Kanaan made contact with the tyre barrier at turn 6.
