Mid-Ohio: Sunday warm-up times

Dale Coyne Racing's Justin Wilson topped the final practice session at Mid-Ohio Sport Car Course ahead of this afternoon's Honda Indy 200.
Justin Wilson set the pace in the Sunday morning warm-up at Mid-Ohio Sports Car Course, with a lap of 1:06.9952s (121.334mph) in the Dale Coyne Racing #19 set at the very end of the session in a late burst of flying laps following a red flag stoppage.

Before the red flags had come out for EJ Viso stopping on track five minutes from the scheduled end of the 30 minute session, Penske's Will Power had been top of a subdued session with a time of 1:07.3853s (120.632mph) ahead of Ganassi's Dario Franchitti.

Although Power and Franchitti did come back out after Viso's stalled car had been retrieved, neither driver was unable to better his previous effort and they were pushed down to fourth and fifth places respectively in the final timesheets, behind Wilson, Simonona de Silvestro and Marco Andretti.

The polesitter for this afternoon's race, Andretti Autosport's Ryan Hunter-Reay, was sixth fastest in the morning session.

Before Viso's incident there had been one earlier stoppage, just over ten miuntes into the warm-up, when Tristan Vautier pulled the #55 Schmidt-Peterson Motorsports car up next to the turn 5 tyre barrier with flames seen issuing from the back, as the Frenchman scampered away and left the situation to the track workers to take care of.
