BMW to run 'Art Car' in the 2010 Le Mans 24 Hours in June

As long as it doesn't look anything like Andy Aholes awfull M1, then it will be, well rubbish probably. The only 2 decent ones were by Roy Lichtenstein 1977 and Alexander Calder 1975.

The thing is that these so called famous 'artists' are only so because of the *****s that buy their 'art'.

What BMW should be doing is employing a proper artist, who likes cars and racing, and combines their motorsports interest, with their skill as an artist, to produce automotive art.

There are many of them, myself included, that know what makes a racing car look good, and have proper artistic qualities, and don't rely on the rich and stupid to make our work good.

Jeff Koons was not the way to go
