I think part of why Kimi was my favorite F1 driver is stuff like this. This guy obviously loves cars and wants to race all of them. If he manages a leMans win, one F1 WC be damned, hes on his way to legendary status.

It will be truck racing next I suppose - he made a decent fist of F1 but since then he seems to be aiming for jack of all trades, master of none.

the ferrari payoff was so lucrative that he has to keep busy or he will get bored out of his mind. after winning an f1 title if you exploit it right you might not have to work again. and with the ferrari payoff he can simply do things because he wants to and not because he has to. so there's no pressure on him.

live the life kimi, we would all do the same (and more) if we were you.

True story boss b.

Although I think I'd still have stuck around in F1 longer. Every driver always says that as far as the cars go nothing comes close. He could have had at least 5 more years at the highest level and then still would have had plenty of time left to do nascar, le mans, Indy 500...whatever. Must have really gotten sick of the politics, like JPM.

Shame really cause those two were the drivers I rooted for (despite them driving for RD's team).
