Toyota confirms it plans to now run two cars in the Le Mans 24 Hours in June rather than the one previously announced

This can only be good news for the series, especially after Peugeot pulled out. Hopefully this is a long term committment, and won't cost Toyota so dearly as F1 did. Maybe they eventually even show up at the ALMS series?

Aaargh... If only the Peugeot stayed in the game... I was really looking forward to a three-way battle for the LM24 victory. What a shame. I just hope that all engine solutions will be properly equalized and that Pugs will be back in 2014 together with Porsche. But I am quite worried about the future of the WEC even before its beginning.

It's good to see Toyota back, especially as Peugot are leaving, but what engine is it? Mebby I've missed it but I haven't see fuel or capacity mentioned.

OMG, from the front it looks like the biz, but I've just googled it and from the side, well.....
I know it's down to aerodynamics and all that, but this is one ugly car.
