Here is a little bit of conspiracy stuff to add to your post-Le mans discussions...

Apparently ALL the diesel cars a Le Mans this year are illegal but no one is willing to protest... its been reported, and there is plenty of evidence to support it, that the diesel cars this year were in breach of Regulation 5.5.3 of the ACO rules that states - 'The engine must not produce visible exhaust emissions under race conditions.'

There is PLENTY of TV and photo evidence to say that both the Audi's and Peugeot's were pumping out plenty of the black stuff under load, so who is telling who to turn the blind eye???

... and no diesels don't HAVE to blow smoke so don't try that argument
