Colin Kolles' Kodewa outfit has announced that it will develop and build its own Lotus LMP2 car for the 2013 season.

The team, which is running a Lotus-branded Lola Coupe this season, is set to work on the LMP2 machine before turning its focus towards a machine that would be able to compete in LMP1.

Kodewa is promising full support to any customer teams who wish to run the car - described as 'a state of the art car in terms of aerodynamics and monocoque design, employing the latest designs and technologies' - next season.
