Brendon Hartley has powered the #1 Porsche 919 Hybrid into the lead at the end of the second hour of the 84th running of Le Mans 24 Hours, while #8 Audi suffered a lengthy stop for a turbocharger change.

After a shake-up start once the safety car was withdrawn - which saw five LMP1 cars each enjoy time leading - Hartley powered past Loic Duval in the #8 Audi and pulled out a ten-second lead at the end of the second hour and the second run of pit stops.

In the #7 Audi it was a nightmare second hour as it spent 20 minutes in the pits for a turbocharger change and is now six laps down on the leaders.
