Marc Lieb retook the lead of the 24 Hour of Le Mans at the end of hour 15, as both Toyota's pitted.
Lieb spent much of the hour in 3rd position, less that 15s behind the race leader, as strategies unraveled and temperatures begin to rise. With nine hours remaining, Lieb's gap to Sarrazin is 56.4s.
As in previous stints, Lieb ran well in the early part of his stints, while the Toyota's appeared to struggle to get tyres up to temperature; however Porsche are expected to pit the #2 soon in hour 16.
The #8 and #7 Audi's remain a distant 4th and 5th and are not in contention.
Signatech Alpine continue to lead in the LMP2 class, with Nicolas Lapierre heading the #46 Thiriet by TDS Racing entry of Pierre Thiriet. G-Drive continue to hold 3rd and 4th in LMP2, with the #26 a lap ahead of the #38.
There was further action in an already too busy race for the#28 Pegasus Morgan, with another off at Indinapolis.
The #82 Risi Competizione entry with Toni Vilander holds a narrow lead of 5.6s in GTE-Pro over the #68 Ford GT, currently piloted by Sebastien Bourdais. Bourdais' IndyCar rival Scott Dixon holds 3rd place in the class.
In GTE-Am, the #62 Scuderia Corsa still enjoys a large lead of over 3 minutes ahead of the #88 Abu Dhabi Proton Porsche. Emmanuel Collard holds 3rd place in GTE-Am in the #83 AF Corse.
