Very sad to see the Delta Wing go out so soon. The Toyota team,including Nakajima, were shown apologizing to the Delta Wing crew. I was among the early supporters of the Delta Wing when it was first suggested as a replacement for Indy Car. I hope that this promising design keeps going in some series or other.
