Sandman Herlings rides again!

Double world champ Jeffrey is finally back on his bike
By Adam Duckworth

The world's fastest sand rider Jeffrey Herlings finally got back to doing what he does best - thrashing his factory KTM 250 on the soft stuff. After around four months off due to injury, he rode for the first time at the Red Bull Knockout on the Scheveningen beach in The Hague over the weekend.

It was the venue for the race, but Herlings had a short ride on a preview day for the cameras. He will start riding motocross very soon, though. Herlings recently announced he'll be staying in the MX2 world championship again next season in a bid to win a third title, rather than moving up to MXGP as many expected him to.
