Simpson confirms Wilvo signing for 2016

The deal that everybody knew about is formally announced
In what was probably one of the worst kept secrets in the British motocross paddock, three-time British champ Simpson has finally been able to confirm his deal with Steve Turner's team for next year. The deal pairs the Scot with Adam Sterry who stays with the squad for 2016, moving up to the MX2 class from EMX250.
MOTO Columnist Simpson's deal appears to be very similar to that he had with Hitachi KTM, receiving direct factory support from KTM, but stopping short of the factory bike that he benefitted from at the latter end of this season.
As defending British MX1 champ and finishing fourth in the world in 2016, Simpson brings the prospect of swift and strong results to the Wilvo team in both the domestic and GP series.
For Simpson's new team mate Sterry, teaming up with Simpson has all the potential to move his riding up a level as he makes the transition into the MX2 class at GP level, and running the complete world championship will give him the opportunity to learn the ropes alongside an experienced rider.
We're expecting good things from both of them in 2016.
