Hamblin to headline Suzuki Swift Motocross Team

Former AMA star Sean Hamblin has signed to headline the new 'Suzuki Swift Motocross Team' - set-up for an assault on the 2007 World and British MX2 Championships.

Backed by Suzuki GB's car and motorcycle divisions, the new team will field young British star Elliott Banks-Browne alongside former factory AMA rider Hamblin.

"We are delighted to announce the all-new Suzuki Swift Motocross Team," declared Suzuki GB's marketing manager Paul de Lusignan. "Aside from the backing of our car and motorcycle divisions, the new team have a great deal of experience behind the scenes, and I am sure they will do Suzuki proud at home and abroad next season".

The team will be managed by ex-British champion Jonathon Wright and will begin testing the all-new Suzuki RM-Z250 in the next few weeks.
