PIC: Casual Pedrosa collects third

If proof were needed that Dani Pedrosa wasn't expecting to snatch third in the 2009 MotoGP World Championship from Casey Stoner at the Valencia finale, it came during the FIM Awards ceremony later that Sunday evening.

The Repsol Honda rider - who only hours earlier had overturned Stoner's eleven point advantage by winning the race, while pole sitter Stoner crashed on the warm-up lap - accepted his third place award wearing jeans and a jumper (see below for more pictures), having had no time to find more formal attire.

By claiming third, Pedrosa will continue to run the #3 in 2010.

Yeah he's ok, but 4 years on a Honda and no title. Nicky had one in his fourth year...for all the thanks he got from Honda. Next year is now or never.
