I reckon Dani should put-up/shut-up! He should ditch Puig and get on with what will be his last year on the factory bike if he doesn't start performing. Afterall that's what he's paid for, not bemoaning and whining like a little spoilt brat when things don't go his way.

I can kind of see where Dani is coming from here. Maybe it will hurt him more from the middle to the end of the season though? Still, by the time Honda sorted a bike out last year it was probably 2009 spec!

And now the clincher: Andrea Dovizioso has rejected the new chassis and says he wants to race the one he tested at Valencia and Jerez because it is more stable and he's faster with it...

This is what Honda is all about since 2007 with lots of technical problems, decreased revs in satelite machines and some missunderstandings between the 212v project and riders. I bet they won't win with this strategy. Rejecting 990cc engines was like sepuku for Honda motogp.

I have every confidence that Danny will do a good start to the season with last years bike, A rider has tobe comfortable with his bike, feeling comfortable with the bike will inturn make the rider confident. Its upto honda to provide him with a 2009 spec bike that is upto speed and has everything he needs to win. Give him the tools Honda and you have a winner in Danny.
To all racing fans. i think we are in for a great season with several race winners, Heres hoping!

Good move from Dani here. Honda has always been about wanting to change their bikes from one year to the next making changes that don't always go in the right direction.

Same story for the NSR when Mick Doohan was riding it with JB. When Honda wanted to change the bike the following year with what Honda thought would be a great technical advancement. They where stopped by Doohan and JB who suggested the bike stay the same just refine it.

This is exactly what Pedrosa and Puig need to do here. Stop changing the RC212v spend the year refining it and making it a championship winning bike!

lap times don't come down that much from one season to next.and as dani said himself it needs to improve in the braking area,if you watch some of the races last year you will see the honda was like a drunken camel under heavy braking.the honda is good out of the corners and has good top speed and i think that if dani can get the honda braking as good as the yam or the duke he will be in with a shout for the title.

Dani is a good rider one of the best. But, I really wanna see Nicky Hayden kick he and Puig's asses on the Ducati. I hate the way Honda dumped on Hayden after he won the title in 2006. The RC212V is a pig that's why only one rider has one on it since its inception. They need to build something every rider can relate to, or get used to eating everybody else's dust. They are going down the same path as Ducati with Stoner being the only competitive bike. A bike only one guy can win on sucks in my book. Let's hope I am wrong about everything this year and things change. MotoGP is getting boring. :p

Forget Casey,Rossi,Jorge,Hayden(or even Loris) If I was Dani I'd be more worried about Dovi! As he has nothing to loose and everything to gain now he's one of the "HRC" chosen few. Last year he (Dovi) gave a good account of himself on a customer bike, now he's on a factory machine he can (and will) improve.

Then again, I suspect that data will only flow one-way in the Honda garage if Puig has his way.
