I think Jorge will improve this year. He is the only person other than Max Biaggi and Valentino to win on a four stroke Yamaha. That says alot because that's going back to 2002! Lorenzo is the future of Yamaha in the post Rossi era whenever he chooses to hang up his helmet.I don't know if the divided pit will help if he raises his game. They are aware of Lorenzo's abilities and don't want another Rainey/Kocinski or Doohan/Criville situation in their pit garage. The reality of the situation is that if there becomes bad blood between the two of them Rossi could destroy him and he may never reach his potential.

I think Jorge will improve and he's mentally strong enough to not crack under anyone else's pressure except his own... if he doesnt perform well its down to his confidence. Watching him race for many years hes not the kind that can crack easily, but he is his own wort enemy... but i have to say he is getting smarter each day now mixing it with the big boys.

He certainly has the talent and the spirit to do well.
He's yet to prove he has the wisdom for sustained success, 'tho I think he's beginning to show that he might have.

We could be in for a repeat of Cassey Stoner - Too much fire in year one. Just a fraction more measured in year two (plus a really good bike, which Jorge already has) and the Championship. Come to think of it the analogy won't be exact because Valle was having bike problems too, but still, in outline.......

Lorenzo seems to be one of the few young riders who enjoys a race as opposed to a procession.
Couldnt help but be impressed with his guts and honesty last year, I hope he does well and gets at least 3rd (hopefully higher) in the overall standings

it will be very interesting 2 see how 2 spaniard rival dani & jorge compete for top 3. But my opinion, jorge will win it. With one exception, don't make many mistake like he did in last year.
I think Lorenzo have an amazing talent that can lead him to more than double wins, maybe triple or quadruple is possible.
Keep to do better & better Jorge !!!
