Bring back the fag companies and b0110x to all this advertising ban on tv ****e. Seeing a bike draped in marlboro colours doesn't make me want to go and buy fags anymore than seeing a fiat yamaha doesn't make me want to go and buy a car. I bet cars kill more people than fags. Ciggie companies must still have truck loads of cash burning holes in their pockets just waiting to be lavished on a racing team in return for 45 minutes of airtime on a sunday. Come on you stuck up governments, for the love of the sport you know it makes sence.

This must be a relief for Suzuki, I hope they stay on for longer than this,
too many firms pulling out of racing lately...

Good news, they deserve a good season.

Then again, I used to own a GSXR600 which was a great bike so maybe there's a bit of bias there :p

Looks like dope smoking isn't affected by the global economic downturn, they are even wasting millions on a team that will never win a race instead of sponsoring a winner like the Yamaha superbike team or the Aprilia superbike team. That would be like signing a 1 year deal to Sponsor Alex Barros who doesn't have a ride. They may get on the podium 3-5 times but they will never be in a fight for the win, unless there is a torrential downpour that ruins the race. But never in a dry race.

smoking of THC filled products is the lifestyle and favourite pastime of the good old work dodgers here in blighty (United Kingdom) where we care for our homegrown lazy scroungers by giving them enough money to not have to work or be seen in public so we do this by keeping them indoors with a tv host called jeremy kyle and the lethargy caused by being wasted on a comfy sofa. The credit crunch never effects the amount of cash for cannabis. The weekly dole money is always inline with the price of half an oz of the solid blown stuff. Herbal cannabis is too expensive and leads to other draws on our NHS through mental trauma's.
Blazin' through life..... with no job.....

yzfstu: Agreed! Cigarettes and motorsport belong together, I can't imagine manlier combination :) ! Remeber Rothmans on ******* NSR500 and Group C Porsche 956. One of the most brutal & beauiful beasts in motorsport ever! Marlboro, Rothmans, Camel, Winfield, Bastos... bring 'em back! :)
