Encouraging for Toseland, with the problems he has had he just needs time on the bike. Edwards is flattering to deceive... again, for whatever reason he just cannot cut it in the races, even after all these years in Motogp! come on JT!!!

Let's see what the Tech 3 boys do on race day. Besides Val vs Casey, the Tech 3 battle will be the other closely watched fight - should be good!

Toseland announces a FIGHT for top six? Concussins can last for years and like the other cripples I think he is too soon back.

What Tech3 fight? CE was at the front the whole session. Toseland was mired mid pack the entire session. It will take a breakthrough for poor James to get up front.

He is only a second off edwards much closer than at the test. Looking forward to their battle tomorrow/sunday..hell the whole season. Like a championship within a championship.

Yeah, it really hasn't been a fight so far during testing! LOL! But JT has picked it up so far - he's only a second away. Good for him!

I always hope that the former Superbike boys can stick it to the 250cc crowd - but the 800s aren't doing them any good.

Looks like Edwards is regaining his 250 form. People don't realise that Edwards is a former 250cc guy. He beat Kenny Roberts, Jr for the AMA 250cc title in his very first (and only) year of professional road racing in 250cc in 1992 - a very looong time ago. Than Yamaha and AMA Superbike came calling the very next year ...............

I hope CE can transfer this good form on actual race day. He's been good on practice a couple times, but then on race day kinda faded away. Go CE !!! be the other satellite that won a motogp race beside elias.

The Texas Light Wind will do...precisely nothing on race day. That's him all over, always has been. The only exeption was his 2 WSB titles, one which was gifted via Haga's misfortune so Haga's title really and then the only time he's ever raced properly at Imola in 2002 which he never repeated. Bayliss went on to be King WSB AND, more importantly yake his crew to Valencia and wipe the floor with the entire Motogp pack.

Bristler - you've accidentally left out the years Troy spent in MotoGP when he didn't achieve very much at all haven't you.

Nice unbiased post though.
