Was Dani' s start like the best start in a few years?? He was on grid position number 11 and on the second turn he was second!! Great performance by a guy who struggled a lot this year! He missed all the testing, he could barely walk 3 weeks ago, he still can' t bend his leg properly, Honda is not a very competitive bike at this point, not many improvements have been made, and he still delivers, offering us a great battle with Rossi on the process... The only thing I want to say is: BRAVO DANI !!!

Here is how I calculated the season standings following two races.

#1 Lorenzo: 16 and 15 for total of 41 points
#2 Rossi: 20 and 20 for a total of 40 points
#3 Stoner: 25 and 13 for 38 points

Pedrosa has 21 points, but Dovi has 24 points.
JT has 7 points, but Edwards has 17 points.

Marco has 12 points

Looks like Lorenzo needed less time to adapt to the Bridgestones than Rossi. Let's see who's the best Yamaha rider this season now that all are on the same tyres.

I wonder what was wrong with Stoner. Seemed like he had big troubles on the brake.

Pedrosa sensational considering his injuries. 'Nuff said.

What an awesome race, really brought a lot of excitement into the table! Congratulations to Lorenzo and Pedrosa, the both were awesome today. Also Melandri (6th says it all, he still is a great rider), and finally Kallio, everything went wrong during the weekend, but in the race, almost effortlessly rising to eight (wouldve propably fought with Marco and Capi for sixth given a decent starting position).
