No, forget De Puniet. Performance of the day was from Melandri.

Casey might not have won but excellent to see an Aussie win anyway. Great job Jeremy Burgess, you gave the others a master class yet again. Forget Hondas, Suzukis, Ducatis ... if there was a bike called a Burgess we'd all buy one.

Oh good job Rossi too :)

I agree 100% that JB knows his stuff! As far as crew chiefs go, he's the best but, he's not out there riding the bike, ROSSI is! So, to say that Rossi wouldn't be where he is without JB is the same as saying that JB wouldn't be where he is without all those Rossi-type riders he's worked with. Nigel was right, Rossi is a genius himself and who knows, JB may not even be as good as he is without a rider like Rossi who gives him the rider feedback in the correct systematic manner. They both work well together and they are definatly a match made in heaven.

:) :) :) I told you, I told you, I told you, Rossi might be playing another card. I told you, I told you, I told you Rossi let Lorenzo win to make the Championship title chase more interesting. I told you Rossi is such a talented and brilliant racer. I told you Rossi is the king of turns and corners. I told you Rossi knows how to amuse you and his fans. I told you Stoner and Lorenzo must learn much from Rossi. (...but you disagree...) I am telling you ... it's Palaibada. Now I have to buy a Turkish Kebab down in Wiley Park as I promised myself that every time Rossi wins I'll buy a Turkish Kebab for me. :) c u in the Le Mans series.

JB has said plenty of times that rossi is one of those special talents and that he's lucky to work with him. Remember JB followed rossi to yamaha after 17 something years with honda. Vale knows He's lucky too " every win for me is a win for jeremy". I don't remember doohan saying anything like that :)

To all you who thought that was a good race today wake up. If rossi started from the back and won, big deal, its the sort of thing we've come to expect. if rossi stayed or if he left the races would still be rubbish. if dorna or the FIM dont sort it out soon we will hit a decade of poor racing like F1 did. we waited 5 years for the 990s to come good then they changed it, do we have to wait another 5?

I found the race boring, with Rossi breezing past Pedrosa and not much in the way of passing. Thank god it was not Stoner who won or this forum would have been moaning about a boring race in place of praising praising Rossi.

There are several things that stood out today.

Pedrosa will never win a world championship, the boy does not have the killer instinct, it appears once he is overtaken he simply gives in.

I also have to wonder if words were spoken after the race in Japan and more effort has now been given to Rossi and less to Lorenzo. There was a very unhappy champion after Japan, and my guess he has made some threats.

Kudos to Rossi, great ride. At the moment i would have to say that Stoner has put himself in the best position to take the title as his favourite tracks are still to come and the maturity he has shown will make this a great challenge to Rossi. If Rossi and Stoner don't bin it this year and Rossi still manages to take the title then that would be an unbelievable achievement.

To suggest that Rossi gets more support than Lorenzo is absolute cr@p

To suggest that Pedrosa has no heart after getting 2nd with his current injuries is absolute cr@p

To suggest that Stoner has no fight in him and cant overtake is absolute cr@p

To suggest that the championship is already over is absolute cr@p

To suggest that the Ducati is the best bike out there is absolute cr@p

To suggest that Rossi wasnt sandbagging is absolute cr@p

To suggest that was a boring race is absolute cr@p

To suggest that JB isnt a HUGE part of Rossis success is absolute cr@p

To suggest that Dray is a typical mindless Rossi fanboy is absolutely correct :)
