When Rossi loses , it's never because another rider is better than him that day...it' s always the tires, the weather, the stars...

Fiat Yamaha has defended its decision to send Valentino Rossi out on a hard compound front slick, which looked to cost the Italian his eighth home Mugello victory in a row.

harder front tyre made this problem for rossi...lorenzo's bike has different settings than rossi's because engineers are different..and last he choose harder front tyre...he made two wrong decisions this season ...anyways i hope he will strike back after 2 weeks and will regain his championship lead :)

Burgess is the highest rated engineer in the paddock. I can't believe that after Rossi has 2 poor results (by his standards) there's a gimp on here calling for him to retire.
Rossi pitted early at Le Mans and was resposible for the several mistakes he made afterwards.
It's also hard to believe he had no input into the tyre choice today.
No need to cry guys, VR is still favourite, he has the best bike, best team and the best engineer..

If 'He' or 'Team' made two wrong decisions then definitely it says something to ponder, ALL need to sit and chalk out a remedy. Especially they must address 'switching' problems in wet-dry races because am almost sure there might be more such nuisance races in the Europe

Forgot to add very recently Sebastian Loeb has lost very badly in the Rally Sardinia, Italy. Now Rossi and Nadal have lost. Ancelotti has left AC Milan! This is too much for me on this Sunday morning :? :?

Ofcourse Rossi also had a say in the tyre choice, it may be that the temperature change due to the rain was bigger than expected. Whatever it was, Lorenzo's side got it right. The latter also closed in on Stoner in the final laps. So it is not the problem. That is encouraging. Stoner is the only one of the top four riders who didn't have a zero points score in the past races and it shows that it pays off. .

But the season is long, nothing decided yet, hope it goes to the wire :)

Rossi was well beaten, not because of wrong choices of tyres, if he had wrong choices of tyres he would finish 10th or even worse...why cant he and his crew chiefs accept that they were beaten!!can't they see that putting a wall between rossi and Jore is costing them, Jore is better on seting that bike than rossi this days and u want it or not time will tell that Rossi is old and its getting the better out of him he is no longer aggresive like he used to be! look at Jorge and Stoner they will surely take his clown :)

Whine, whine, whine. What tire mistake? The last time I saw Rossi on 'white-line' tire, he crashed. Just a two weeks ago.

Lorenzo ahead of Rossi is exactly the pace as in QP. We saw Stoner struggle in the race. The different is he had an extra balls.

Itf there is Another lap, Rossi will kiss the 3rd place a good-bye and had to hand it over to Dovizioso.

some1 if i remember correctly hasnt stoner had a whinge or excuse every race since qatar?
and wouldnt give an interview after the last race?

it was luck for him this race a few more laps and rossi or lorenzo would of beaten him.

i think its rossi who has the extra balls.. isnt he the one who always has a smile and gives an interview after the race and admits when its his mistake. like le mans.

you are a tool along with alot of others on this forum.. you aint a fan of the sport just a mindless cheerleader
