I could be wrong but I reckon it will be Vale and Jorge fighting for the win this weekend with Stoner picking up the scraps.

The Yamaha is such a sweet handling motorcycle and the millions Yamaha have spent on it recently, combined with the talented pairing of Valentino and Jorge (not to mention JB) have produced the Premier team in MotoGP.

I hope to see another good race like the last one minus the cr@p weather and tyre changing fiasco.

Don't write Casey off yet he was riding superbly before his little lowside, drifting in and out of corners.

The fact that Hayden is 6th just proves that these sessions prove nothing whatsover.

Its a good result for Nicky, but the fast guys will shave off a further second or so from their times yet, the lap record is a 142.3

Where are all the hayden haters now

I'm not a Haydon hater, I just recon he is a bit over rated. He even said when he won the championship in 2006 that he stole it from Rossi. I would rather see Nicky in the top 3 than his whinney team mate, Ned The Talking Horse.

Nicky's maybe having a good feeling with the dual compound tires.

Lets hope he sorts it out some more at FP2 so he could battle for the front 2 rows come QP.

Its better if there are 2 Desmos fighting with the great FIAT team

hopefully everyone goes a little faster in FP2. i want a close battle with the top three and i would like a fourth to join. maybe dovi, and hell maybe hayden.

But surely that's the problem, the Yamahas were quicker and probably looked like they were on rails, they always do!

It's hard to see what else Casey can do to make up the deficit.
