Also, why is no-1 saying everybody below JT each week should go to SBK.

De Puniet, Hayden, Capirossi, De Angelis, Melandri, Elias, Canepa, Takahashi, Talmasci!

If JT is only SBK, what are these guys????? BSB?

If everyone rider that doesn't win a race was forced to leave motogp, it would be 3 riders on the track, that would make for a dull weekend!

JT has done well this weekend and I hope it marks a change in results. Yamaha and Nakajimas influence seems to have helped them turn a corner, such drastic changes in front/rear weight balance should surely have been identified earlier though.

I don't really buy that he was just 'lucky' to finish 6th. He did a good job and kept his composure under sustained pressure. The guys who came past him were pushing past the limit to do it (especially the reckless Elias) and they paid the price.

A ride like that makes it much harder to claim that he's 'not good enough' for MotoGP. To justify a Tech 3 spot, however, he needs to be beating Edwards.

Loved watching James today, that group were having a really good fight and did well to finish.
I think Toseland did really well and I'm thinking maybe his bike isn't as strong as others but I'm definatly not an expert, so any help?
:p

alot of people think the Yamaha is the best package out there. Factory riders 1st & 2nd in the standings, Edwards vying for 4th on a privateer. JT has had plenty of problems but the bike isn't one of them.

I hate it when people put JT down. There is potential there as seen in certain performances in 08 and 09. It all comes together for him NOW!!!

this is about as sad as when Fabritzo went nuts after Ben ran out of gas.

Elias and Capirossi took each other out. Easy down. Cripes.

oh please !!! potential this potential that... come on!!! motogp isn't for guys with "potential" it's for guys that are the BEST. JT hasn't shown true pace as yet in motogp - in my opinion. CV has won a race and stood on podiums but is starting to fall into the "potential" question marks category also. the mere fact that JT, his mum and every other JT fan on here is doing cartwheels over a 6th - that should have been a 9th - shows that JT needs "true pace" a whole lot more than he needs "potential"...
