lorenzo cracking under pressure.. weekend after weekend having to go head to head with rossi has finally taken it toll and it all started on the last corner pass by rossi at Barcelona. it not about going fastest on 1 lap it about being the fastest over the hole championship and thats why so many have failed. at least people can winge about lorenzo for a bit cos was sick of the stonergate

Hope the two of them are OK! If not Rossi will walk away with this championship unhindered! Congrats to Jorge on pole. Times were well down from last years qualifying. Qualifiers perhaps?

That looked like Lorenzo with a broken collarbone and possible right leg/ankle injury. Not a fan of him but hope he's ok for the championship. Stoner as well, although he looked less impaired than Jorge.

Looks like Lorenzo has damaged his right collerbone, what happened to Toseland, did he crash during the first part of the session ?? I only started watching with 24 mins left of the session on the BBC website. They said the Tech 3 team said they had dropped a b*ll*ck with the set up of Toseland's second bike,15th is pretty crap considering he was 10th in the last practice session and about a second and a half faster.

Jeez,

Enough drama there for eveyone ??

Hope Casey and Jorge are OK for the main event - they both took huge hits out there today, fingers crossed !!!

Just heard Vale being interviewed - he made no bones about the fact that he considered the tyres used today were inadequate ( dangerous was the word he used), suggesting that dual-compound units were a bare minimum.

Anyway - looks like a good one tomorrow, providing the front row is fit to race - all the best to Jorge and Casey.

Just had to mention that Jorge's resolve is magnificent - bins it big-time then goes on to set the pole time - what more could you ask for - these are indeed great times for MotoGP

Yeah Toseland went into the gravel trap and then came in to change bikes but the setup of the 2nd bike was crap so it was a case of in and out for him and still something wasn't right with it. Matt was in the pits to ask what was going on but they didn't want to talk about it on TV so Charlie/Steve surmised Tech 3 messed up with the setup and it took too long to sort. Or words to that effect.
