Congratulations to Dani on a great ride
I thought Rossi had him for a moment there
Good to see Lorenzo battling with injury and Stoner seemed to keep it together
A great race
Bring on Sachsenring :)

JT, this is getting beyond embarrassing now, it's time to pack up the keyboard and leave. Eurosport carrying the race live was a bonus, I hope this is a sign of things returning to normal as the BBC coverage is below standard.....Yes, Mr Parrish, we are aware the bikes do not have 'ship to shore' radios, so mentioning it every race is not required.....and to Charlie 'Are there any more questions' Cox.....yeah, just the one........HOW DID YOU GET THIS GIG????

The BBC coverage of the MotoGP is normally first class. Steve Parrish and Charlie Cox have got to be one of the best commentary double acts there has ever been. Pure class the pair of them.

Unfortunately they fluffed the start and the end 'cos they were desoerate to show the annual p1sh that is wimbldon.

That was bul*****. I'm a Rossi fan through and through for more than 10 years now. One of his worst performances ever. The bike was capable of winning, he was it too, nearly lap record after Lorenzo almost passed him.

Maybe the crashes yesterday made him slow down the 0.4 copared to the trainings. I'm so dissappionted because I can almost smell it, he will miss the 5 points from today at the end. ... but a very good ride from pedrosa and lorenzo, nice too see there are real fighters out there.

The start wasn't surprising from Dani, but his pace was. Rossi's pace was too inconsistent and he made too many small errors, to catch Pedrosa. Great ride by Jorge, I hated him, when he was in 250, but I respect him more and more. He had experience riding injured. Casey, well, it was good not watch his suffering. Don't understand him. He was right on the tail of Pedrosa, then had 4 terrible laps out of 5 successive, Pedrosa got away, and then Stoner got fast again behind Rossi for 7-8 more laps. I hope Nicky improves on this one, and beats Stoner at least once this year. It was good to see him in a "great" position. Talma, you missed a big chance, 12th was yours.

That race was over before it got to Turn one. Guess being weightless helps the old acceleration! All credit to Pedrosa because he is just playing within the rules. I thought he had a problem when Rossi ran him down in the final sector. I can only imagine if Rossi had passed him. Puig would have had (he11 maybe he did anyway) the telemetry guy drawn and quartered for letting Dani's dash read 1.7 seconds to Rossi on that final lap.

Lorenzo is a monster and this Championship is not over by a long shot though! I thought the pass on Rossi was a little premature as he still had 5 laps left at that point. But the save may have damaged him some.

I'm not sure if anyone here even watched the race, did anyone actually see where the jump start penalty warning was? Under the bridge on the apex of the kink at the top of the hill, surely thats a bit stupidly place imo, as is the pit wall, its on the wrong side really. Still no excuses for JT it was clear on his pitboard.

Nice ride by Dani, glad to see him competative again, i wish the BBC idiots would stop telling us hes rly injured. And also on the BBC point, how many times did they want to give an opinion of how JT "didn't" jump the start whilst watching Colin's start. idiots!!!!

Back 2 positive, GO NICKY!!! awesome ride, but ppl here will all say its only cus others fell off,as usual!
