FOX, very disapointed in your coverage. I've read other posts that pretty much lay out the short comings of your broadcast. Suggestion:
Take a baseline from your other network "Speed" with its coverage of F1, pay special attention to the educated & talented broadcast team of Hobbs, Varsha, Matchett and Windsor. Now, at least match or improve upon their presentation of a world class motorsports event. BTW, increasing the quality of your presentation should allow you to charge more for fewer adds.....because I felt like there were more commercials than video of the racing.

bitch all you want about tv coverage. at least your entire race series isn't being handled by the keystone kops! ama "superbike" race was a fiasco. dmg should hang out a suggestion box...then listen VERY carefully. when a former ama champ cum world champion is caught on the monitors chaffing your a$$ about race direction, something is seriously wrong with your approach...

I think we need Crash to have a specific thread created for each Country's coverage of motorcycle racing so that we can vent.
I wasn't impressed with the Fox coverage today either. It was OK but could have been much better.

Get this ..... Round 3 of the Canadian Superbike was held in Calagary on Sunday June 28th. It will be aired on Canadian channel TSN on, wait for it ...... Tuesday July 21st at 1:00 pm. That's not a typo. Is this sad or what?

So the American came 5th, are we going to see a turn around in his performance as of now, i dont think so, time for Ducati to get the old boy back in the saddle "Bayliss" and get some results.

i dont understand why rossi wouldnt push it in 4th section. i guess thats why he has never missed a GP race. he could when he wanted to but i guess he didnt want to go over the limit, something jorge seemingly has no problem with. he is pretty lucky he didnt bin it with that overtake attempt. lost the front twice but the man in amazing so he kept it up. rossi wouldnt have let him stay there anyway so...

and whats up with you people watching the race on television. you do know its just a few euros to watch on motogp.com. i mean do you want to watch commercials or what?

that right motogp.com is the go season pass 80 euro and you can watch friday practice q1 and warm up and race. in australia we have fox sport not the same as the u.s.a thought much better, same comentary as motogp.com and plus channel 10 in HD with Darrel Beatie very good also. but only race on tv. commentary is so important nothing worse wathing a great battle and having crap commentaters thet no nothing. good thing about motogp.com is that they treat every rider the same, no favoirites witch is good. the official motogp commentary guys get so excited and it is great to watch

I agree Brooksy, I mean, Hayden. that american rider was just lucky that the guys behind him were slower that he was, otherwise he would have been behind them where he belongs......... lol , you haters are so gosh darn funnee! Fanstastic effort by Lorenzo, what a tough son of a Spanish sailor.

Regarding coverage:
I lived in the UK last year..Eurosport was king with a flick over to BBC2 during commercials, then right back to ES. BBC aaaaaalways cuts the race coverage short for equestrian events or tennis. Sad sad state.
I heard Speed was inconsistent with split rights with NBC and Fox and dreaded what I would do when I returned to Canada....so only one choice to make when I saw speed air 250s live and motogp 2 days later ooooor airing SBK tuesday at noon!!! I mean WTF!?!?
So I sprung fot MotoGP online coverage high def and it has so been worth it. Even watching past archived races!

Spring for it folks, it's worth the money if ur die hard!! FPs, QPs, Races, Live, taped, archived!
