@Derek0113: Read it again, when I say Rossi should have won it doesn't mean Pedrosa doesn't deserve the win, he rode brilliantly.
It means that Rossi should capitalize on the weakness of his two main rivals in this situation and he couldn't, albeit by the narrowest of margins.
Lorenzo is his biggest rival at the moment, especially because he is on the same equipment is a hard charger and always tries until the end.
That battle will probably go all the way to Valencia.

check the gap between pedrosa and rossi....03sec something...rossi was very close..and he didnt want to crash so he gave the first to pedrosa...if there was one more lap for rossi .....ped would be in 2nd positon or sometimes in 3rd

You've got to bear in mind that Dani claims to have been coasting on the last lap, thinking he was further ahead than he was ( truthfully, I think).

With that in mind it seems likely that Vale would never closed that gap up in 1, 2 or even 3 laps if Dani was pushing harder.

I've threw my i hate Dani T shirt in the bin,but i still think he could do with a couple extra scoops of paella on his plate at lunch time.

Sorry, Dani is a professional, he knows how much he can let up on a three second gap, he doesn't make mistakes like that. I'd have a pound that either his tyres were gone or the engine managment was stepping down to avoid running out of fuel but to say either means the opposition know push the honda hard and it will wilt before the end. So he says I let off and everyone goes 'yeah, we believe you... course easy mistake'.

Yes, Rossi should have won it but we all must realize that each and every race can't go exactly in the same way as team plans. We don't know what was the problem, as usual I suspect setup. Anyway, Rossi added few more points so it shouldn't make us sad compared to his Le Mans and Mugello races. I was more sad in those weeks but now I feel much better

barring any more rain, i think rossi will start to pull away from the competition.
