The most entertaining race I have seen for a while. Delighted for Dovizioso but equally delighted James (Toseland) finished 6th and a pity he lost 5th place to Rossi. Just hope James is doing himself justice and he will keep his ride. This is not forgetting the brilliant 2nd place for his team mate Colin Edwards. :D

Good day all round. Hamilton won in Hungary, Dovi in Donington. Although at the rate that Edwards and de Puniet were catching him, I thought it was all up, but I guess they got in each others way enough to let Dovi stay in front.

Dovi upped the pace when he saw that they have caught him. It was evident by the lap times. He was doing 1min 43s, when the gap was just one second he started to do 1min 40s. Smart ride by Dovi without a doubt. He stayed with Rossi and pushed him in to a mistake, one he wouldn't normaly do if he was leading on his own. Great firs victory, with many more to come I hope!

GREAT RACE. First laps were just kick ash.

What else to say that Dovi did a GREAT race and stayed on the bike. Edwards, his best race ever. Passing on the outside! Dang.

Rossi, what else can I say. Typical. I was waiting for him to bin it. He always does in these situations. He did in France this year. He did in 2005 when tied with Sete.. same thing.Sete goes down and rather click back a little goes and crashes out! He said afterwards "we were both boneheads" or something like that... Guess, Rossi has not learned.. which is weird. Though, a GREAT comeback and was able to salvage some points.

Lorenzo. I knew the kid would crash again. There are more races to go,..matter of time.

What to say about Stoner and Hayden. Only time they were on camara was being...lapped! buauuahahaah....

mofos wanted to smart ash and choose to run rains with the "i hope dat rain may save mah ash"...buauuaha.... Stoner's and Hayden's biggest boneheaded gamble in history! buauuahaha...

Stoner got sucked into relying on rain - meaning luck - to get some advantage. Sorry charlie.. NH's 9 lives were ALL used up in 06.

Well done Dovi and even more congratulations for Randy. I was cheering you on for the win and you almost did it. There's no way you'll be without a ride next year after the way you've riden this season.
Would love to be a fly on the wall in the Ducati garage. The air must've been bluer than a Ron Jeremy film.

You knew everything upfront then kenlucky kid, you should make money out of your crystall ball.
I think racing on a halfdry track on slicks is a lottery, it is hard to tell the outcome. Rossi didn't do to bad considering the circumstances, I bet he was eager to win this one. He could've let Dovi past and settle for second.
But that's hindsight, I salute him for having tried :)
