THATS PRESSURE!! wanting so bad to beat rossi has taken its toll, to many mistakes latley and thinking to much about next year. rossi was lucky... stoner said the same thing, so that makes lorenzo a sore looser also?

Pressure? i think Jorge felt just too "confident". When a rider starts to feel comfortable and go fast in those tricky conditions, then he stars to use all the track, getting too close to the white lines.
IMO it's just bad luck, simply...
I'm not in J Lo's head, but i think there are no reasons to fell so much "pressure". He's just 22, he's the teammate of the best rider EVER, and he is fighting with him every race, with the same material (or almost the same). Like Dennis Noyes said: "Jorge is faster than Rossi right know. He just need to gain experience"

It's not only a matter of being faster than Rossi. Stoner and Lorenzo were faster than Vale a lot of times, but it isnt't everything you need to become a champion. Rossi has proved that two times already. I think Lorenzo is a little bit angry with Rossi, he even badmouthed his mate on the spanish press. Obvius Rossi can go almost as fast as Lorenzo, but tell me, is it necessary? Patience is a gift... and of course, Lorenzo is a amazing driver with a great future. If he will make this talent turn into WC's, only time will tell. The competition in MotoGP is getting ferocious, a driver who can't stay calm and think will never win it.

Jorge, you must be reliving that moment over and over, but you know your a silly b u g g e r for putting the bike on the white line under braking, i heard on the radio on Tuesday you don't do much biking on the road, you wanna try it mate, you will learn to keep the thing of the white lines then when its raining.

What the hell...

In the Roosi Pics comment, everyone is praising him for pusing to win, still get a good result blah blah blah.

Yet Lorenzo takes a bit of a bashing...

Looks like the more he talks lately the more mistakes he makes.
If there is pressure in his head, I think it is one created just by himself. We may say that he is just 22, but it is all about personal standards. The prospect of a possible championship in his second year in MotoGP, like Rossi, Stoner is sth that he is after.

He started talking too soon though about how much he is worth.

Welcome to the narrow minded little world of Rossi worship!

I'm a serious Rossi fan, but I can't agree that Lorenzo bad mouth's Rossi. Spanish and Italian press always warp quotes for sensationalism. Lorenzo is extremely mature and has excellent PR skills already (ahem Stoner!!), and pays much respect to Rossi yet also aspires to beat Rossi. There is more kind words and respect between them then Rossi and Ago. Everyone so badly wants to see a Rossi Lorenzo (Biaggi-Sete-esque) crudge / curse but Rossi has matured past his mistakes of old, and Lorenzo is one of the most talented and fastest growing riders in the pack.
He said "both him and Rossi were unlucky, but Rossi was just a little bit lucky also". He also said...

"anger and aggression" don't get you anywhere so you have to positive with these results.

he also said at the start of the season that his goal was to crack into the top 3 as the competition was just so high this year.

He is realistic, mature, humble, ambitious, and growing by leaps and bounds.

Rossi also said "when you push so hard you are likely to make mistakes" referring to himself and Lorenzo, Stoner etc and the state of competition this year.

Rossi is truly amazing, and Lorenzo will soon be his rival in history as well as the present!

No bad blood, no need for the drama guys. MotoGP has drama enough this season on track!
