Lots of people on here slate JT, They say he has an ego and is crap and doesn't deserve to be here in Moto GP.
I don't get it. He had nothing but praise for his teammate and didn't make any excuses.
Why is everyone so hard on him on this site?
I thought he rode a well thought out race. Congrats to Colin too. He was well quick in the latter stages of the race.
I couldn't make Donny this year but just wanted to say thanks to one of the best tracks in the world. This is the end of an era. Shi##y Silverstone next season. Bye Bye Donny. :)

Easy Ratty... He's British. For some, that's enough!

Go JT!

Well done to James, that was an incredibly difficult race to judge and with the added pressure of being at your home GP he rode really well.I was gutted Rossi got by him with only 2 corners to go but then again it was Rossi after all so that isn't anything to be shameful about.Lets hope JT builds on this and can pull himself up a few more places in the championship by the end of the year.
Awesome ride by Colin too.He looked pretty f*cked by the end of it but fair play to him.

yeah agree ratty even though i'm not british some people forget he's a double world champ so respect for that.unfortunatly i think he'll be gone next year which is a shame as it needs a brit in it as britain is a bike mad nation and as for donny it'll be sadly missed (if not for the facilities) as there is nothing like seeing bikes thunder through craner curves (or riding through them if you have)

JT - you proved one thing today - at least you could stay on your bike unlike some factory Yamaha's ! :-o

i dont hate Toseland at all, his nationality has nothing to do with anything, and i get the pride thing. he is just out of his league, an excellent rider but not consistent. maybe with time he could be but the top guys show that kind of ability right from the start, and time is running out for him.

No offense to the brits on this site (99%) of the readers, but come on JT, your teammate came from back of the grid for chance to win, you pass Rossi after he falls, then he repasses you. You were mid pack all race and on your home track to boot!!! I expected a bit more honestly. Looks like Rossi got his usual one fall per season out of the way, bring on 2009 championship.

3rd place yamaha!!!!!! :-o Equals his best performance of the year!!

Way to be a consummate teammate and roll over to let Vale pass.

He should def be in gp and colin out next year. Not because the grid needs a token brit - it's because he's a gutsy world clas racer who's just had a bit of bad luck.
