Glad to see the improvements, Silverstone has always given good races apart from the wet race in 1986, Donington is too boring now, its ran its course, mind you Silverstone wasn't to clever a place of getting out of then, I do hope its ten times better now

I will miss Donington as a track - I wont miss the traffic carnage!

2.5 hours to get out of the car park yesterday - what a joke!!!

I will miss Donnington also. I'm not that pleased about the change over between MotoGP & F1 with these tracks, I thought they were ideal as they were, but what can you do! Althought the new plans for Donny look like it might suit F1 cars, I can't make up my mind about this new Silverstone layout, in terms of the flow. All will be revealed.

Bob Marley: Where do you think Donington's new infield sections are gonna be? That's right, the inside of Craner Curves. Even if MotoGP stayed at Donington we'd be losing that viewing area.

And everyone goes on about the track being too flat, have none of you been to Assen? I've never heard a complaint about viewing there. Just wish they hadn't turned the first section into a car park, literally...

Hopefully Silverstone will have better weather than almost always wet Donington.

How the hell can these prices be described as 'affordable'?? They are more than any other bike event in the UK, more than most events in europe and more then they were at Donington? I give it 2 years, bikes will be back at Donington and cars back at Silverstone and we'll all be better for it.

I think it will be a refreshing change, Donington has been very complacent over the years and Silverstone may give us a surprising battle of spies and Rossi next year!
