I don't believe him. He was getting better, and now had 3 weeks to rest. If he misses the Brno GP, he has 5 weeks to rest. I he misses the Brno GP and Indianapolis, then he has 6 weeks to rest and has 4 more after the San Marino GP. In his condition 1 race in 10 weeks is nothing, easy to do. He has to have a more serious issue, they are lying about.

this is Ducati's Worst Nightmare. 3 rounds without Casey on their bike.

will be *very* interesting to watch how Kallio performs on Casey's bike.

What a shame - having a four horse race this season has made it interesting. I was hoping it would go all the way to the end.

I recall all the fan boys earlier in the year saying he was just faking it. No team or rider takes such a drastic step unless it is very serious indeed.
Best wishes for a full recovery Casey.
I think now there will be some very interesting dynamics between Kallio & Hayden. Stoner is already signed for 2010, so it is probably between these two as to who gets the second factory seat. Should be fun!

well, it looks to be Lorenzo, Rossi, and Dani on the podium the next 3 rounds.....

Hopefully someone will up their game and make it more than a 3 rider battle.

To say I'd be highly amused if Kallio won on that bike is a mild understatement. Can't do any worse than Hayden :)

Its been strange to see Casey losing strength halfway after every race after battling for the lead, continuing like that would be a disservice to both Casey and Ducati. Lets hope for a speedy recovery.

Nicky had better do well, if Kallio beats him that's bad, if Fabrizio beats him.......

What the hell are Ducati thinking about putting Fabrizio on a MotoGP bike when he could be helping Haga in WSB?
The 1st and 2nd races dont clash with WSB but the 3rd race has WSB and MotoGP on the same weekend

I bet Ben Spies cant believe his luck.
