Oh Dear, his 'rivals' will be wondering if it is worth bothering to turn up for more of the same.

I will tune in as always, just because I love him and love seeing him destroy the opposition.

Let's make some predictions here...

if he say...wins 5 out of the next 7 (possible)
his win total will be 101 pl 5 eq 106

To reach the all time win total record of 122 ( sub 106) eq 16

16 more wins over (assumed) 2 more years eq 8 wins in '10 and 8 wins in '11 (highly possible even is he doesn't win anymore WCs, let's for arguements sake say he begins to slip and lose his touch to Lorenzo) means the GOAT can....

Walk away at the end of '11 with the all time win tie, and then break new ground by either signing on with Ducati (the Italian dream) or WSBK to add a 1 or 2 more wins to cement his title as the GOAT in style!!!

A dream for me to witness!

Let the countdown begin

If someone could shed some light on the Age that Ago did his final win. Rossi is 31 now and hope stays for another 3 years then switches over to SBK and Kick A55 there it will be a great achievement in my Life to see the Greatest GOAT

Those new engine rules are proper poo ! Are the points deducted from the rider or the constructor standings? It better be the constructor or what will people responsible for the new rules say if one day a championship is lost in the last round because of an engine change. Presumably the points will be deducted before the race, and in theory that means the rider may not even be able to win the championship. What a pants rule, engine failures are rare in moto gp anyway so how exactly is this saving the mega bucks they talk about. How about getting money back a decent way like stop spending money on lame rule changes.
