I hope for Bautista's sake that if the 2010 Suzuki looks as competitive through winter testing as last year's bike, that it translates into the season proper. Probably less of a gamble than a non-works Duck though.

Bautista is an awesome racer, has just got better and better through his career. He will go well at moto gp, maybe not winning races on the zook in his first season but will make his way to the sharp end before too long. Go super Bauti !

Wise move by Bautista, the pressure from Aspar Martinez must have been massive to join their all Spanish team but he then basically had to trail the field on Gibbers Duc with a team that is still learning. And he didn't want the Ducati anyway.
The Suzuki may not be the bees knees at the moment but at least they have experience and a two year deal means he can calmly learn the ropes.
Good for Suzuki as well.
So it's Spies to Tech 3 then? Or another year at WSBK?
