Kel Carruthers....now there's a name I haven't heard since the Lawson days. Those bloody Aussies have their fingers in everything!
Maybe they should promote one of 'em to head Suzuki's motoGP effort, cause those english obviously haven't got a clue!

Interestingly Carruthers himself was instrumental in getting the TZ banned, he thought it was too dangerous...

They dont call him "King Kenny" for no reason.

Rossi may be the GOAT.

But Kenny Roberts certainly deserves props.

What he did is nothing short of amazing.

Man...Indy is pulling out all the stops...Kevin on the Susie and Kenny on the TZ750.

I wonder how the European riders feel about racing at Indy ?

Should be a good show...Lorenzo and Rossi going at it...Wish Stoner would make a miraculous recovery and be on the grid.

Man this is just getting better all the time.

:p

@ Hookem. Enjoy it man, looks like it will be great.
Don't forget that King Kenny rode a works TZ750 in the FIM World Championship in the late 70's when he came to Europe. He rode the 250, 500 and 750. The 750 championship was off course held as a seperate event than the other GP classes. Still remember him manhandling that beast around the Assen track in Holland, up against competition like Johnny Cecotto and Steve Baker on their works TZs. Those were the days.
